My name is Madi,

I am a Somatic Educator & Mindfulness Coach

Through my work, I've come to recognize that true healing requires more than just addressing physical ailments or mental stressors. Sometimes, my clients need a complete break from their everyday lives to truly reap the benefits of their healing journey.

With this understanding, I designed a unique retreat experience aimed at fostering holistic well-being. The retreat is carefully curated to provide participants with a profound sense of rejuvenation and renewal on every level – physically, mentally, and spiritually.

My passion for somatic education and mindfulness practices led me to create this transformative experience. I firmly believe that a comprehensive approach to healing is essential for lasting change, and this retreat serves as a catalyst for that transformation. Participants will discover untapped levels of relaxation, self-awareness, and inner strength as they explore the mind-body connection in a serene and supportive environment.

Join me on this life-changing retreat, where the intention is to help you feel better – not just temporarily, but in a profound and lasting way. Together, we can embark on a transformative healing journey that will leave you feeling reenergized, reconnected, and ready to embrace life with newfound clarity and vitality.

Developed by Moshe Feldenkrais and Thomas Hannah, Somatic Movement brings attention to the internal experience, rather than the external position. The movements are performed as slowly as possible to help re-program the brain to fully relax each muscle. Each class begins with a restorative yoga position to establish body awareness and calm the nervous system. We explore one to three movement patterns designed to relax all areas including the pelvis, shoulders, hips, jaw, and knees. You will end the class with a restorative pose. The goal of each class is to release habitual tension in the body and reset the nervous system
