BALANCE 25 MINUTE VINYASA YOGA FLOW

This week is all about balance! We begin by warming up the hips and spine, then incorporate playful transitions throughout the warrior series. At the end of the practice, you are invited to participate in inversions, but if you're not feeling them today no worries! This sequence provides many options to choose from, so listen to what your body needs today :)
