This 6-week somatic movement series is designed for people who are tired of living in a cycle of stress, pain, and exhaustion. Whether you’re a teacher, caregiver, parent, or just someone who gives a lot to others—you deserve support that helps you feel at home in your body again. What’s Included: 6 Pre-recorded Classes (delivered every Wednesday at 6:00am CST, starting October 15) So you can practice at your own pace and schedule + 6 Live Zoom Classes (Sundays at 7:30pm CST, starting October 19th) Guided nervous system work, movement, and Q&A Connect with a supportive group in real-time Exact Dates: Pre-recorded Releases: Wednesdays at 6:00am CST — October 15, 22, 29 November 5, 12, 19 Live Sessions: Sundays at 7:30pm CST — October 19, 26 November 2, 9, 16 & 23rd Pre-Recorded classes are available for 1 full year after registration! This series will help you: Gently release chronic tension and stored stress Improve sleep, calm anxiety, and build emotional regulation Learn how to work with your body—not against it Feel more connected, calm, and clear You don’t need experience—just a willingness to slow down and explore. This is a gentle, science-based path back to yourself.
