A 5-week journey to understand your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and gently begin healing your boundary wounds. This first chapter of Boundary Babe is your invitation to slow down, soften, and listen inward. Before we can set clear boundaries with others, we must rebuild the lost connection to our own inner “yes,” “no,” and “maybe.” Through trauma-informed somatic practices, nervous system education, and compassionate self-inquiry, you’ll begin to: - Understand why boundaries feel so hard—and that it’s not your fault - Recognize your attachment patterns and how they impact your sense of safety - Gently restore connection to your body’s natural cues and limits - Practice nervous system regulation tools that bring clarity, not shutdown - Build a foundation of self-trust that doesn’t rely on perfection or performance This is not about pushing or fixing—it’s about remembering who you are underneath the coping. It's the beginning of reclaiming your voice, your space, and your peace.
