  • Is this just about learning how to say "no"?
    Not really. Of course, you'll learn how to say no — but more importantly, you'll learn how to feel safe, clear, and confident before you even speak. This work isn't just cognitive or behavioral; it’s nervous-system-deep. You’ll become the kind of woman who no longer needs to over-explain, over-perform, or people-please because you genuinely trust yourself.
  • I don’t feel comfortable in a group. Can I do this 1:1?
    Absolutely. I offer private 1:1 coaching and a self-paced version if that feels safer or more aligned for you. That said, the Boundary Babe group is carefully curated to ensure it’s a safe, supportive space where you’ll get the most out of the experience — often in ways that surprise people who were hesitant about groups.
  • What is the Schedule / Time Commitment?
    The schedule is intentionally flexible to work around your life. Each week you’ll receive: A 20-40 minute video lesson A 10-minute daily meditation practice A workbook to help you apply what you’re learning We also meet once a week for a 1-hour live group call to explore the material more deeply and share experiences. This time is decided by the group one week-prior to the start date. These calls are always optional — you’ll still benefit fully even if you can’t attend live. That’s around 2-3 hours a week in total — designed to support your growth, not add to your overwhelm.
  • Will having stronger boundaries hurt my relationships, job, or family life?
    No. In fact, learning how to set healthy boundaries often strengthens your relationships — including the one you have with yourself. Boundary Babe isn’t about creating drama or cutting ties. It’s about helping you communicate with more honesty, kindness, and confidence. The people who truly care about you will often appreciate your clarity. And you’ll feel less exhausted, resentful, and overwhelmed — which makes every part of life easier.
  • Can I do just half the program or only the workshops I want?
    Yes. Some women choose to complete the first half of Boundary Babe and then take a longer integration break before continuing. If you'd like to try the first half or focus on specific workshops, just reach out to me directly via email. I’m happy to help you figure out what works best. I recommend completing the full program as it's curated to progressively help you build towards sustainable healthy boundaries each week.
  • Do I need any prior experience with somatics?
    Not at all. I guide you step-by-step through all of the somatic tools, body awareness practices, and healing frameworks. This is designed to be accessible for people who are brand new to this kind of work.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
