When your nervous system senses threat — real or imagined — it sends signals to the brain that shape your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. That’s why no amount of positive thinking can override a body that feels unsafe. In this Stress Less Workshop, you’ll learn: 🌿 What stress actually is — and how it shows up differently in your body and mind 🧠 How your nervous system, brain, and somatosensory system all work together to create your stress response ⚡ The polyvagal patterns that cause overthinking, anxiety, or shutdown 💆♀️ What to do — and when — to help your body return to a regulated, grounded state By the end, you’ll understand how stress shows up in your body and have tools to actually change it. This isn’t about forcing calm — it’s about creating safety from the inside out.
