You’ll learn how to create support through softness—not force—and move in ways that feel grounding, nourishing, and safe. Perfect for anyone feeling burnt out, anxious, or physically tight, this practice helps you come home to your body. By reconnecting to your inner scaffolding, you’ll feel more stable, centered, and at ease in your everyday life.
