After a traumatizing assault and an emotionally abusive relationship, I realized I had some serious work to do around boundaries. 

 

As I started to heal, I noticed that there was tons of resources about why boundaries are important; but a lack of information on how to unlearn negative programming, and keep the past out of the present.

 

I spent four years exploring and testing this framework, so I could heal myself and eventually support others.
