If you’ve been circling my page, reading about somatics, or feeling a quiet “yes” in your body—but haven’t clicked that little link to book a call yet—I totally get it. I know it can feel weird or vulnerable to schedule a call.
You might be thinking:
“What if it’s awkward?”“What if I don’t know what to say?”“What if this isn’t the right thing for me?”
I hear you. So let me tell you what this call actually is.
It’s just a conversation and it's confidential.
This is a space for you to slow down, breathe, and be real about what’s going on. Whether your body is screaming for relief, your nervous system is fried, or you’re stuck in patterns you can’t seem to shift—I’m here to listen. This isn’t about fixing or forcing. It’s about getting curious together.
I will help you understand your symptoms and maybe simplify all of the information you are likely getting from outside sources like google, social media, your doctor, your Mom, your partner, the chatty yoga instructor
- sometimes you don't need more, you just need a plan.

What Happens in the Call?
We talk about what’s actually going on
You don’t have to have the “right” words. You can show up messy, tired, foggy, unsure.
I’ll ask gentle questions about your symptoms (physical and emotional), your stress patterns, your energy, your sleep, your capacity. We’ll explore how your nervous system might be shaping what you're experiencing—and how support could feel.
You can ask anything
This is your space to ask whatever’s on your mind. Want to know how somatics works? What if you can't afford it? What’s included in a program? What happens if you freeze on a Zoom call?
Ask it all. You’re not a problem to be fixed. You’re a human being. And you deserve full clarity before stepping into any kind of support.
If it’s not a fit, I’ll still help you
I promise I will never push you into a program that doesn’t feel right. If what you need is different than what I offer, I’ll try to point you toward someone who might be a better fit.
This work is relational, and trust matters. I only want you to step in if it truly feels aligned for you.
We build a relationship
Most of the people I work with have spent years feeling like they had to go it alone. This call is often the first step toward something different—toward co-regulation, clarity, and being supported in a way that doesn’t override your boundaries or your nervous system.
Book the call. Let it be the beginning of something softer, clearer, and more you. You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
